Guessing this is just your 'share' of the bills (as in what you pay for), but OP, you need to post everything.

You mentioned having payday loans, but they dont appear in your unsecured debts ~ how much are they and any other debts/loans/caards you have?

If you post the lot, the wise people on here can perhaps help :)

  • For all your guys wondering why I haven't got any rent and utility bills. I have the answer for you, I am currently living with family, I am in the process of looking for my own place so will have these bills to factor into, but at present. I am not required to pay anything and I do my part by buying food. I hope that helps with the confusion.

The fact i'm wanting to move out very soon is also a one of the reasons to get my finances back in order. To prepare for the move and the financial responsibilities of running my own home.

Ok, that makes some explanation then.

What are the debts though? You havent listed those as part of your statement of affairs.

I have credit cards, payday loans and overdraft totalling to about £2000, I didn't know where to put those.

Edit I see where I made a mistake those debts are not secured debts, the are unsecured my mistake.

    changed it now.
  • You really need to post the debts individually and in detail (outstanding amounts, monthly payments, APRs), if you want people to advise you properly.
