Import rate from Liechtenstein

I hope this is the correct section. What is the duty and vat rate for importing from Liechtenstein.
E.g. I import £1000 of goods from most of Europe I would pay no VAT when importing the good with the exception of Switzerland which attracts 20% so is Liechtenstein 20% or like most others 0% as the vat had been paid in Liechtenstein.

Liechtenstein (like Switzerland) is not part of the EU, so it would seem likely that the 20% would need to be paid. This link would seem to confirm this: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/tax-and-duty.htm0
