First prize is valued at up to £650, depending on time of year taken, there is no cash alternative available. Greenbank Hotel standard terms and conditions apply. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter, and must not be an employee of Greenbank Hotel, Cornish Cove Charters or Cornwall Development Company. The prize is valid from 1 May to end of August 2013, for 2 nights, subject to availability at time of booking.

The prize is for a 2 people for 2 nights in a harbour view room, travel arrangements, meals (other than afternoon tea on arrival and dinner on one night to the value of £70), drinks and any other sundries are not included in the prize. A ½ day catamaran charter including high tea on board for 2 people is included in the prize but will be weather permitting and will be arranged as a separate booking with Cornish Cove Charters.
