Help with Barclays PF Loan

Hey guys, this is my first post so please don't eat me alive.

I have just bought a new car; essentially long story very short;

I had 5.5k left on my old car loan - that was my settlement figure - with Barclays PF - they gave me 4.5k for my car so I had 1k left over which Suzuki added to my new car loan

So my finance is now with Suzuki.

However in the mean time, my DD came out on the barclays account which means that settlement figure will be overestimated.

Now it's all gone through will Barclays refund that payment that I made?

I'd call them but the !!!!!!s go home at 5.30 on a Saturday, the cheek

Anyone had this issue before?
