debt free wannabe needs help

Hi
im new to all this so im just gonna explain what it is i need.
Im comtemplating wether to get out another loan or transfer my smaller debt onto another credit card.
my current situation is -
1)i have one mega huge loan.
2)i transfered my current account from HSBC to halifacx but the direct debits all got paid before i did so im now £1500 OD.
3) i have just transfered £8000 from my 3 credit cards onto one. and im using a credit card to live on but im now at my 2000£ limit.
4) im always trying to sort myself out as i get paid £1900 a month my only outgoings are to debts!!!!!!!
it gets very depressing and this time im really gonna do it
My future aspirations is to have something to show for my money like a lovely home
