Hi all, can anyone help with this query please...
My daughter is now a lone parent with a 6 year old,she gets £40 per week child maintnence thru a CSA order from her ex , he says he is losing his job soon and will be on approx £60 per week JSA, how does she stand with the child supprt payment ?
