Can you stop paying other creditors and maybe offer slightly more to this particular one to keep them quiet for a while longer?
If BR is eventually petitioned,then is there not a risk this would be seen as 'favouring' one creditor over another?

I have been looking at some links tonight to IPA's and going off what is classed as allowable expenditure and how much they allow for a family of our size, our surplus income is quite high as they don't take into account everything we pay out.
Seems to be confusing me even more!0 -
