Partners Hours cut

Hi guys
My partner has just had her hours halved...
we were struggling to get by as it is!
Because of this I am already exceeding my overdraft limit n still hav around 200 quid to payout this month.
Are we entitled to any financial help from anywhere? We informed TC people and CTC has stayed the same, WTC has been reduced from 11 pound per month to four pound per month.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

I am on about as bad a salary as is possible on this day and age! Think i'd be better off doing volunteer work!!
Ive been on entitled to before and the figure comes out much higher but when i raise this with tax credits, they say that the amounts we're receiving are correct.0
