They were printable vouchers as opposed to sent in the post.
Initially they were printable vouchers yes...but when you printed them out there were no details on them for the retailers to use to redeem them,hence many people found they were not accepted in stores
After the weekend that the offer was promoted a2 asked people to resubmit their details as they were going to send out vouchers in the post...they did say it would take them about 3 weeks to complete...I'm still waiting for mine.
there was a bit on the facebook page at the time but ive not checked back to be honest...just waiting to see if something turns up soonfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

put it better than I could have. Yes definatly supposed to be arriving in the post. Couldn't remember time scale they gave. My friend recieved one but this was through a direct email to them regarding the FB app not working.
