I ordered 2 pairs, one for me and one for Mum - we are both size 6/7 - and I ordered the medium, but I think they feel a bit small really - gutted as they are lovely....have to find someone else to give them to :(

Can anyonw who has received these slippers tell me if they are hard or soft soles? Thanks

Firmish - not the sort you would go outside in but not just fabric.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.

Thanks Luxor but although it says in stock they are out of stock.
What a shame. My daughter would have loved them.

They will stretch with wear as they are not rigid so if just a little small then wear them and they should be fine soon :T

I had things in my basket as well as the boots but now I cannot get through the checkout when attempting to use my points. The link for checkout is clickable but not when paying with points.

Is anyone else having this issue or what am I doing wrong?

But delivery is only £1,95 to the shop. You are going to miss a great bargain as the slippers are excellent.

I nearly didn't order because of this delivery charge. I order lots of things online and I have never come across being charged for instore collection before. However, a total price of £7.95 for two pairs of slippers is a bargain so I have two pairs waiting to be collected from Boots. :)

did you have enough to cover for free delivery? perhaps you can't pay p+p with points?

Thanks! I was placing an order to collect in store and I had spend over £20 so in store collection should be free. I have over £70 of points. Anyway, I am glad to say the exact same order went through this morning and I paid with my points! :j :money:

BTW they will be available to collect in stre from Wednesday 20th March, just in time for my birthday, as long as I remember to collect them!

Sending mine back as far too baggy in style for me and no support round the ankle. Will stick to my m&s ones in future! Worth every penny!
