Is it one generic code, or are they unique codes, do you know?

I often find this page useful, but
why is it that we have to swipe through a mess of the same old dreary copied & pasted chaff
(in coloured text for crying out loud) repeated day after day?

The whole site is messy enough but this page in particular truly takes the biscuit.

Do we really need the first post, or the second post endlessly copied after midnight? Who on earth is it doing that?

I've lost the will to double check don't think it's until the 5th post that we are told something which we haven't seen yesterday.

Why on earth not let the old bag start the thread with the copy & paste from hukd & let us all move on from 1999 & find what we're looking for quickly & easily? Good Lord I do find these forums useful but it's like visiting Granny, she goes on & on & on in the most wearying way.

Stop copying & pasting please & please consider how best to present information in a way which is clear & concise.

I'll follow on in your vein and say to you "Why oh why have you made your first post a complaint?" and not one single post on this thread thanked by you!!

This thread has evolved over recent times and you can see from the daily thanks that other people obviously are happy to see this information.

Remember the number of viewers on MSE is increasing all the time and for newcomers basic information as that given in post 1 is useful.

If you had wanted to alter the format, you had the ideal opportunity to volunteer to lead the thread within the last couple of weeks when "The Old Bag" was no longer able to continue.

If you don't want to look at the early posts, why don't you just start reading from the end of the thread?

Yes, sometimes information is repeated but better that than not to have it posted at all.

I have been mulling this over for a couple of hours and I think I should reply. You should now look back at post 1 I have taken your comment on board about the colour scheme. :rotfl: I agree on the note about the website being slightly cluttered. But that has nothing to do with me just that guy in the top left of the screen has the powers to change that. I believe his name is Martin.

The first post is useful because this contains links to other bits of the forum that might be of interest to others on this thread. An example of this is because a large amount of people come here for the offers that appear in the newspapers so they are most likely going to be interested in claiming the freebies from magazines also. The second post is quite useful but could be incorporated into the first post. This is because when this summery goes live I and others have not seen the front pages so it makes it difficult to gauge what is going to be inside. So, it gives everyone a chance to look at the front pages without having to dash out and look at them in the shops.

Most of the time whilst being a reader of this thread I just skip the first two posts as these just tend to be standard posts from previous days. The other posts that compose 3 and 4 are information that people might find of interest. Post 3 is mainly made up of token offers that are known offers. This is designed to jog peoples memories if they are collecting for items from the papers or competitions. As, it is not unknown for people to forget to buy the papers if they are busy.

I do like your remark about letting the old bag ( No offense to the old bag ) get the information form hukd. If you would have noticed the OP over there does not produce a summery on a Monday to Friday. What do you suggest we do there then. Just have a empty page with 10 dots (s10ct).
