Pension that's transferable?

Hi...I live in Scotland and want to start a pension. Thing is, I do envisage moving back home to Ireland in the future - what should I do regarding pensions? Invest here or in Ireland? Are there any I can 'transfer'?

You can transfer a personal pension, including work defined contribution types, where you can choose the investments, to an Irish pension scheme that meets the HMRC QROPS requirements. Irish Life is one Irish company that has such a plan. To get the pension tax relief it's probably best to contribute in the UK.0
