Lloyds - didn't know about frontloading

Hi
I have made a claim for PPI in respect of some old loans (1999-2003). I received a phonecall today from somebody at Lloyds to clarify my claim. As it was so long ago and I can't remember the details of all of my loans I limited my claims to the ones that I can definitely remember the circumstances, staff members name etc. rather than claiming on all of them, as I honestly can't remember if they all were mis-sold.
I have just done a quick google as I hadn't really done much research on it before making the claim and I recall that all of my loans (6 between those periods) were frontloaded PPI. The loans were all consolidation. Having read on here it seems that this can be a reason in itself to make a claim. Will they automatically consider the other loans now that I have raised a claim in respect of some of the loans or will I need to ring them back to explain that I have since discovered that frontloading is unfair?
Any advice please.
Thanks

Thank you for your quick response. Now I read about frontloading it makes me mad how unfair it is, I can't believe I didn't pick up on it at the time!0

Frontloading was an easy complaint reason a couple of years ago but not anymore. It is still a common reason in some areas (secured loans mainly) but the FOS have published examples where front loading took place and rejected the complaint.
It is still a good thing to point out. However, its not the dead cert it once was.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
