Also what are the chances of them offering a Fixed and Final settlement figure or do you think they are after the lot?
I havent slept for 2 days worrying about this.......

- If you get the debt below £750 they should not then be able to proceed to a petition.
- Hard to say, but Lowells often seem to nowadays.
- Lowells would not force the sale. That would be up to the official receiver. (OR). If the OR thinks that the only way to get their hands on your share of the house's equity is to force a sale, then yes they can, no matter who jointly owns it.

- Debts to DCAs can show sometimes as settled when they are sold on. It is not officially wrong. It doesn't mean it's not still owed.

- Lowell will consider a full and final, but the tend to deal very hard on them. Especially if you have property with enough equity that bankruptcy would be worthwhile.
