Well after rushing home picking up Son, it is a moon sand kit. My son is very happy, unfortunatly its raining so he cannot play with it.

He had magic sand before and made a terrible mess.

I think it did come from Puzzler but not 100% sure. So thanks to Kit34 and team again my second Puzzler win.
