5. The Competition is only open to UK residents (including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) aged 18 years or over.
6. The Competition is open to employees of the promoter with the exception of any employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Competition.
7. The sole prize is a weekend for two persons to attend on one night a dance club in Ibiza of the promoter's choosing. There is no cash alternative.
8. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date by an independent judge from all entries received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 2 weeks of the closing date. Following such notification, the winner will be required to give to the promoter details of the dates before September 2013 when the winner and his/her guest will be able to travel. The promoter shall not be obliged to meet such dates but will endeavour to do so.
10. The promoter will endeavour to fly the winner and his/her guest from the nearest airport to the winner's home address, but this cannot be guaranteed. The winner will be responsible for travel to and from airports, both in the UK and Ibiza, their own travel insurance and spending money.
11. Accommodation will be pre-selected by the promoter and will cover bed and breakfast but no other meals, drinks or other expenses.
12. If the promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
13. By entering the Competition you agree to having your name, details and photo published on the promoter's website.
14. A list of winners will be available six weeks after the closing date by sending a SAE to the promoter at the above address.
