HA! Their 'confirmed' means nothing at all.
Quite.
At my previous address, we kept getting letters addressed to a Mr Somebodyelse (who we'd never heard of), which we kept sending back "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS".
Then, about 18 months after we moved in, we got one addressed to "The Occupier", so we opened it.
The letter began:-
"Mr Somebodyelse,
You have been returning our letters, but we know you live at this address."
So much for what they "know" and/or have "confirmed". :laugh:0
