Reclaiming Late Payment Fees and Solicitors Charges

Hi
Have recently started process for reclaiming bank charges and understood that same could be done for Late Payment Fees for Mortgages.
Received list of charges from Birmingham Midshires and just want to know if I can claim back Solicitor's charges as well??
Any help much appreciated.

Well no thats why I asked!!
Posted another thread and sure someone mentioned that you could claim back all charges including solicitor's charges.
