In march i recieved nothing so queried this and was told the employers had not taken anything because of the new tax year and that the csa were expecting two payments to be recieved between april the 19th-24th . anyway i still recieved nothing and when i chased this up i was told that nothing had been paid by the employers again and that i could expect aprils money no earlier that MAY 19th-24th what is going on here despite phoning and emailing nobody will say any different and will make no commitment as to when marches money will be paid , let alone aprils

You need to ask the question of exactly what action they have taken in order to secure the money. It may be that he has left the employer and so there is nothing to pay, but clearly you don't know this. They need to give an explanation as to what they are doing.0

Thanks for the advice . i know for definate that my ex still works for the company as the debt management team have confirmed this. what i dont understand is why the company have not passed on the money . when it is a deduction from earnings order. this is the fourth deo issued in 5 years as my ex keeps changing his employement and the arrears are over 2000 pounds .
does anyone know what the next step is after a deo ?0 -
If he still works there then the case needs to be sent to the Criminal Compliance team for them to issue warning letters to the employer, then they visit with a warrant. If still no money then the employer can be prosecuted.0

Write in to your local office a complaint then you will get a CRO and find out more info:ASexy_fufu:A0 -
Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of lax payroll staff in companies who have been ordered to apply a DEO to their employees. It also seems that there is no automatic flagging system (kelloggs could confirm this?) to alert the CSA to missed/overdue payments from the employer - probably one of the thousands of oversights when designing the software.
Just a case again of the PWC having to do all the checking and chasing.Integrity is a dying art!:p0 -
thanks for all the advice , i have nothing new to add as yet . i am still awaiting an answer to my complaint and still awaiting any money from march and april .0
