I agree with everyone above but don't put yoghurt and cream together or they will curdle especially if you use lemon juice.0

Well I ended up doing a mix of everything.
I made a roux from butter, olive oil and flour, then added some uht milk that was left over from yoghurt making. I also added the stock that the chicken had cooked in and all the cream that was left in the fridge (about a cupful) Seasoned it then added dried thyme and fresh basil and a bit of lemon juice.
It was delicious! Its surprising how few ingredients it needed to make it yummy, I was expecting a difficult recipe!
Will definately be making it again, so thank you guys :T0
