Remortgage and double glazing

Does anyone know if upgrading my single glazing to double will have any impact on the forthcoming re-mortgage? Logically the price of the house should go up and should potentially have a better deal.
Or is it better spending the money on increasing the deposit.
I'm now on 85% deposit, have 3K for double glazing, house price 235K at the time of the mortgage.

Double glazing doesn't make that much difference to a house price unless the single glazed windows are in clear disrepair.
Your best bet is to see what similar houses have sold for in the past two years in your postcode.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0 -
Could even reduce the price of the house if the windows are an original feature.0
