Aquiring a business loan for start up?

I know the current value of the land at "market value" which obviously does mean that is the sale price, the objective being to aquire the land beneath market value. IF the parent company have to supply all existing customers then there is a strong bargaining position from our end.
There is scope to diversify into other growth areas after 2 years and that would be a natural progression, it would be a sea change in company ethics to break any such contract with reputation being a major factor. Put it this way, there have been zero employment tribunal cases in the UK despite roughly 6000 staff being employed, there is a reason for that and that reason is the policy to avoid negative publicity, im in the HR field and know how they operate.
The staffing levels are geared for full production 24/7, the volume of 6-7000 tonnes only requires half the plant staff, the rest are mainly attached to the other plant, a much bigger operation and the main reason for the site closure.
Its a long shot but worth looking at, the tipping point will arrive when the company sits down to talk financing, we will know how much desire there is to assist us then.0 -
IF the existing company have to undertake the contract for next 2 years I would let them do it and work for them risk free. If they want out it is for a reason ie not enough money in it for them.
What will happen should you not agree to the takeover?0
