MY SOA
Income – 1170.00
Outgoing
Payplan monthly payment – £217
Creditors included in Payplan arrangment.
Alliance and Leicester credit card – 3400 (credit limit £2500 they are charging interest and charges but I am arguing this managed to get back £370.00 at the moment)
Alliance and Leicester Loan – 2500.00
Bank of Scotland Visa – 3100.00
Bank of Scotland overdraft – 160.00
The Loan Store – 1600.00
Capital One – 2600.00 (credit limit only 2500 so I’m going to try claim so charges back)
Outwith Payplan
I have the following going out
Rent - £350
Vanquis CC – £50 a month payment balance is £1000.00
Welcome Finance - £105 a month balance is £3000.00
Additional payment to Loan Store - £20.00
Payday advance - £40.00 month interest I just cant afford to get rid of it.
So I have after paying all of the above I’m left with about £400.00 out of this I need to run my car, eat and live. I just can’t do it and hate being in this mess. I’ve learnt my lesson and once this is all clear the only credit I will ever be touching is a mortgage

I ran my car, ate and lived on less than £350.
But the best thing I did was to get rid of the car and start using public transport again. Now whenever I hear a rumble under the wheels I know it's the bus company that have to pay - not me!Debt

You need to add more of your outgoings to this SOA so we can see the full extent of your situation.
We need to know how much you are spending on food, Council Tax, Electric, Gas, Sky, Savings, car costs, water bill, insurances, etc.
The more information you can provide the easier it is to help.
Well done on posting your SOA this far though and I am sure there are people on here who can help you ((hugs))

hi hun
How come you have a lot of debts on your SOA that aren't included in your Payplan Payment ???
Were these debts run up after your PP arrangement ??
Also does the £150.00 food bill just cover you or is there a dp/dh to feed too ??
T xx0 -
No they other debt was ran up after the Payplan arrangement stupid I know but car died and need replaced and seem to find I need to keep borrowing money to survive each month. I just can’t see away out of this. I feel such a idiot and am totally stressed out.
Thanks for your help0 -
you need to approach payplan to tell them you have run up debts.
I second getting rid of the car if you can and sellnig literally anything not nailed down to get some money together and pronto.
Does anyone know what can happen when someone runs up debts while on a dmp? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Giving this post a bump to Pg1
I can't help with DMP's or Payplan and I think the poster needs some advise on what to do next.
