My 2p worth: Stay as far away as possible from the "you will be entered into a prize draw" sites. You never win, well I don't anyway. I quite like Valued Opinions (they do take a while to pay and most people dislike that, but I have been with them since 2005 and I have made a fair bit of moolah), Global Test Market are also quite good (they do put me off a bit as I get like 10 surveys a day, far too many for me to complete and live).
