What makes it seem untrustworthy? The prices aren't that great. Kiddicare has better deals on newer models.
Many of their bargains are several years old, and 1 Graco model they are selling for £97 (reduced from £149) was being sold by Kiddicare 2.5 years ago for £39. Beware the bargains!:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
All I want is a matress. 117 cm x 53 cm. So far the only other place that sells them is Argos for £30 inc delivery. I don't need the cot as we're doing up an old one.
If you have a better idea for a place to source a matress then I'd love to hear it.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I wasn't trying to be rude. Nothing about their website makes me wonder about their 'trustworthy-ness', and I wondered if something specific had concerned you. To be fair you did not indicate in the original post, what you were hoping to buy, and therefore I couldn't respond accordingly.
With regard to your mattress quest, you are looking for a small cot size. I puchased one from Ikea 3 years ago for around £12. Just a standard foam one. But for our other cot, I purchased one from ebay.
This may sound a bit dodgy, but it was a Mothercare coolmax. The outer soft layer, removes for 60 degree washing, and the remaining inner core, is foam covered plastic. Meaning the inner core, could be fully cleaned, and the outer bit popped in the wash. These cost @ £60 new. It was as new and cost me £5+£5 p+p. I was really pleased and it is still going strong.
Alternatively, I have been advised that it is very cheap to buy foam. My daughter has an Ikea extendable bed. The middle large foam section has had a few accidents on, and we have washed it but it stays damp! Ikea is 2 hours from us, for a new one (and 2 parts of the extendable mattress are fine) so we were advised to buy a piece of foam and cover it with a fitted sheet or 2.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
Most of the cot matresses are 120 x 70...which is too big. I have investigated Ikea, boots, mothercare etc....
When I went on the kiddies kingdom website for a second time...or tried to....I couldn't load the page. I just like to make sure that a site is genuine before I give them all my details.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I def think that for that size, kiddie kingdom is the best price and i would go for it.
There are loads on Ebay with good feedback (new) search Mattress 117.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -

Have you tried going into a local baby shop first? I walked in and bought one for £30.00 last week in ours.....and that shop does /can have them made to measure for the same price.
