i dont quite understand what is the difference between the regular comps part and the other comps part to me it all seems the same? just dif comps?what do i do first?

The regulars section is competitions that you could enter every day if you wanted to, or every week if you wanted to.
The main board is for competitions that you are not able to enter daily or weekly. On the whole, you can enter them once only.
Which you prefer to do is entirely up to you.
