So, they emailed me to slap my wrists for trying two orders with the code and asked me if I wanted to combine them... I said no thanks, could I have the second order only please... No problem said they.

I got a dispatch email for the first order though and so I emailed them today to say nooooo I wanted the second.

I was at that point told that they had dispatched both orders (although I have only received a dispatch notification for the first).

Has anyone else experienced this, are people getting dispatch emails? When I log in, there is nothing to say that either order has been dispatched. I'm so confused!
