Afternoon Tea in London

Options
For a mothers day gift I'm thinking about taking my mum out for an afternoon tea somewhere in London, I'm looking out for a groupon or wowcher deal however looking at the reviews for a couple of these the hotels which have offered these deals haven't been too great, so I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

  • I've done a few, all have been nice - I use https://www.afternoontea.co.uk as there are often money off or BOGOF offers on
  • If you can go Mon-Fri you can get 2 for 1 with the trains at the Park Lane Hilton. It's one of the best I have been to and there is so much we took the leftovers away in a very smart doggy bag.:D
  • buyagift.co.uk are offering 25% off and I have booked afternoon tea in London at the Mayfair hotel which is lovely and discounted already.....there is a code someone has posted on mse I just found but we aren't allowed to post are we?

Don't bother with Harrods. Food is not great and over-priced. However on a positive note some of the staff there are excellent! Apparently the Ritz is very good.

    Thanks for the tips!
I ordered the Chocoholic Tea for Two at the Hilton, £45 instead of £60 with the 25% off code on Buy a Gift.
