Mrs Cashback and Pru Health

I use a number of these kind of sites: Mutualpoints; Greasypalm, and Mrs Cashback. Mrs Cashback is the worst at honouring rewards, and responding to support requests. In fact they simply deleted my last few support requests. I signed up a mobile phone contract with phones4u last July 2007, and the £32 reward has been sitting in pending ever since. I have posted maybe 7 support requests about this. Some were ignored; on others I was promised a response within 48 hours and got nothing; one told me I had to post details of the order number, etc which I had done and they deleted the support request; and as I said previously they just deleted some of the support requests without responding. They can try to sue me if they like because i have ample proof about the way they have been conducting themselves. I am also planning to post this information on affiliates sites as they are giving others a bad name too.0

I used MrsCashback on a gold account a few months back
I got Life insurance M&S for both me and wife, was suppose to get 100 pound each, but never got anything,
Every time I raise a enquiry ticket they fogged me off and then deleted all comments and evertime I raised a new ticket they deleted them
Do not trust the scums, stick to reliable quidco and topcashback, never had any ,major prob with these guys.0 -

HI KEVOhkay, I have probably posted this in the wrong place but here go's
I had an email from MRS Cashback saying I will get £140 Cashback AND a £100 Gift Voucher for buying Health Insurance from the Pru, Is this right, I got a quote and it was £20 a month, so how can the company afford to pay out £240+ when all I am going to do is cancel it. I read through and I couldnt see any 12 month contract so hopefully all goes well
Im new to these cashback sites but looking at the offer, I couldn't refuse!
Anyone had any experience with MRS Cashback or this offer?
Thanks
Kev
I have been waiting on a pending payment of £125 since sept 2008 yes 2008! also untracked amount of another £234.80 since 2007/08 and now I am awaiting £125.92 since between 2007 and 2009. I have had £80 declined although I did purchase the insurance, however was never paid the fee from mrscashback. I also have been paid at the beginning sums amounting to £255 approx in partial payments, however that was when I first joined mrscashback. Even after numerous emails and feedbacks to them it was and has been to no avail so far. I believe you would be better of with another cashback site like topcashback or quidco. Hope this helps you.

i could not agree more, mrscashback have done exactly the same with me. They even requested i allow them to take my gold membership fee from my pending amount which i agreed to and i have heard nothing since. I was completely fooled and intend to show this company up for what they are. Thieves.
