  • yes very relieved in more ways than one and am hoping that more customers with problem installations go the same route. Dodgy installers should not get away with poor workmanship when they have industry standards to follow. Very important to keep records as getting the file together for court was a tedious process and we could have given up once the installation had been secured and all repairs made. Luckily dh has had expert witness experience during his working life and was fairly familiar with processes
