What do you think would be the best option for me?

hi there,

I have about £19500 worth of debt in a secured loan against my home.

i was wondering if anyone had thoughts, if it would be better for me to remortgage my home for the extra capital as it should save me about £250 a month as i have enough equity to cover this within my home.

answers and anyother suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What APR do you pay on the secured loan? How long a term?

What APR are you paying on your mortgage? what term do you have left on your mortgage?
what is the ltv on just the mortgage compared to house value?

I pay around 11% apr I think for another 7 years.

My mortgage would be around the 4.5% mark for roughly 25 years and the current ltv would be about 60% but would become about the 80% mark
