Help Needed - Marstons Group

Good afternoon chaps

Got a rather critical problem here.

I got a magistrates court fine forward to the Marston group.

Now they have it I have been given 7 days to sort something or a bailiff will come out.

So I called them to come to an arrangement but they want the entire balance (£650) Cleared in 6 weeks including £150 to set up the arrangement.

I said thats rediculous if I could afford that I would just clear it in one big hit! they said it isn't negotiable.

now forgive me if I am wrong but doesn't this contravene the OFT Debt Collection policy in the psychological harassment as trying to force me to pay an amount which isn't viable?

Also the fact my wife is very heavily pregnant and could pop at any stage (she is high risk pregnant too) is she classed as vulnerable if a bailiff did visit?

What are my options a few people said I could approach the court and ask them to take it back in the interest of justice because of her vulnerability I am so worried I am losing sleep over this!

Any advice on how I can make sure I can get this done without bailiff action??

Thanks in advance :)

Because most people will be at work, just give them a chance to get in, have something to eat and settle down.

    Just have a little patience.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Court fines are a completely different kettle of fish to consumer debt and Council tax. Generally much nastier.

You need to speak to NDl http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help

You might be able to get the court to take the debt back and agree a payment plan if you are lucky.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
