Dear sir
We are prepared,(without in any way abandoning or modifying any of our rights under our agreement for the above account and by way of waiver and concession only to our legal rights under your agreement with us)to allow you to discharge your remaining indebtedness to us in accordance with the following schedule of payments until further notice.
Please note that the below payment of schedule may contain details of payments that you already made.
Arrangement amount. Due date
£200. 28/02/2013
The total amount payable by you will remain unaltered.we do,however, reserve any rights we may have under the agreement for the above account to charge you interest on any amount to the extent that it is not paid when originally due.we emphasise that we may discontinue this concession at any time by notice to you.in which event we shall expect you to meet your remaining obligations in full at the original agreed times.
Well I don't really know what to make of this letter as I still owe them £800 and I thought it was about another 4 months.
I did apply for ppi refund in a letter to them.anybody fill me in?
Ps paid them their £200 yesterday.never been bankrupt etc
Anyone who works for bct feel free to comment on their decoding skills, wins ton Churchill would have gave a medal for this

My guess would be a weasily worded attempt at a full and final offer, perhaps based on the fact that they know they will get stung for the PPI without coming to a deal?
