IbJSA and partners earnings when self employed for 7 months

Husband on IbJSA and im self employed (for 7 months)starting out a new business and building up customers but im a carer aswell so limited on hours

As I havn't completed a whole year of accounts its difficult to work out my average monthly income.

I know my incoming and outgoings (stock etc) but what I havn't taken into account is heating, water, electric, phone etc as I was just gunna get an accountant to do that at my end of year Jan 2014.

So im earning at the moment aprox £40 a week which we have told them but it will actually be less if I havn't included the above.

Should I work these bills out for the room by dividing the bill by the number of rooms in the house.

Im possibly working at a loss at the moment!

an idea of what I havn't included: £12 a month for rates, £30 phone & broadband business use...other costs involved in my business are fuel, laundry, PAC testing, accountancy, cleaning, printing etc.

Does anyone know if I should allow for these figures when calculating my average self employed earnings... the more I think about it the more it makes sense I should! if that's the case then I need to tell the Job centre that i'm actually earning less than originally thought.
