got mine today. won't be returning (unless it's free). the quality of the pictures is appaling (no it wasn't my images at fault). used snapfish 2yrs ago and it was brilliant.
not a 1-off either. other family members also ordered and are disapointed.

it's not worth £7.99 (dubious if it was worth the £2 p&p). It's a mug, it's usable but as far as clear pictures go it's terrible. (i'll do a comparison for you tomorrow when i have the 2 together).

more annoyed that i recommended it to so many people.

Thanks for letting us know. I should have waited to see the feedback. It is not the money but also the time it took to carefully select the photos, shuffle them, choose the colour - for something I probably will not give as a present after all! Humph!
