Hi Angel,
I've missed your posts on Old Style.
If you have a look in the Losing Weight Recipes Collection there are quite a few recipes for no points soups.
Pink0 -
Without wanting to breach WW copyright, it's very basically carrots, onions, herbs of your choice, stock and a tin of chopped tomatoes.
You can add any other zero point veggies too.
Stick it all in a pan, cook until veggies are soft, blitz and eat~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You can pretty much use whatever veg you want - some potato added will help thicken it. Add enough stock when you're cooking veg so that its the consistency you want when you liquidise it.
I've bought casserole packs of veg (wait to get reduced ones, on their sell-by date) and that's worked well.
I'm afraid I'm one of those 'add a bit of this and half a pint of that' cooks, so can't give a definite recipe!

You seem to have inadvertantly typed the word "soup" into your title.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

just to recommend the 123 points cookbook I make a few soups out of that and they are very low fat ( ie none! )
try and get one from the library or off ebay they are very easy recipes, and the mushroom & mustard one is lush
Im going to try a chicken noodle one later with the remnants of a chuck Im roasting for tea:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
here is another no point soup very delicious.
Slice courgettes, add stock made with boiling water and a cube. Microwave till courgettes are soft. Timing will depend on quantity. Zap in blender. You could do it on top of the stove but it takes a bit longer.
2.pumpkin,onion and fresh grated ginger method as above.
Bon appetit.
I make most vegetable soups in the microwave you need to have the stock or water boiling before you start and only use enough to cover veg. You can always thin it down later with more stock if neccessary.0
