yes thats what I mean. Whatever happened to paying it off like most of us have to?
Is that a sincere question that you would like discussed or is that a sly dig?

I'm asking honestly, I don't want to go down that route again and if you are asking just to stir anything up, I'll simply report and move on.

I'm not feeding though, fermi. I do believe BS tried to claim victimisation last time, I'm wondering how much of it is self-inflicated with inflammatory comments like that.

I can't believe after the uproar created last time, that they are doing it again.

I know. That is what upsets me, since it is not just someone with single figure posts to their name :(

We should all just report it. It's obvious how it was meant to be taken IMO.

    I'm doing it right now.

Yes. Previously there might have been a misunderstanding, but this is clearly not in the spirit of Martin's

"...If you have problems with the Bankruptcy laws then the 'Discussion Time' forum is the appropriate place..." a quote directly from Martin's post at the top of the BR board.

Sorry but it was a sincere question. I'm not having a dig or trolling or hoping to claim victimisation. It just seems to me, not in this thread but in some I've seen that people use BR as an easy way out of the debts and if it gets written off after just 12 months I don't know why more people don't do it. I didn't mean it to sound the way you have all taken it.

That's really good to know, so appreciated. However, we have discussed this issue several times recently; you yourself refer to recent threads. I'm not sure what can be gained by rehashing what has already been said, as its clear there is an ideological crevasse between those for and those against bankruptcy.
