Thank-you thread people! Was very happy to get one dispatch on my BS orders (my work colleague I showed was very confused why I was so excited as I also had 2 cancellations). But I've never managed a BS glitch before (and wouldn't have done this one without all the detail on here)!!! Ironically my first order is still awaiting dispatch, but not holding out much hope...

Glad they are honouring some orders - shame there doesn't seem to be any pattern!
