In a way I agree, will it not just alert them to glitches quicker, so they can clear the shelves?? i.e. if a checkout assistant notices a big voucher, they have a look to see what you have bought, and go clear the shelves?

Are 0844 numbers free with BT anytime does anybody know please? I've tried to have a look on BT's website but it's just making me lose the will to carry on.
