Afternoon all.
Can anyone help me with ideas for dinner please?
I've got excessive amounts of....
Porridge oats
Eggs (not easter eggs!)
Cheese
Milk
Pasta
Noodles (those dried super noodles)
Potatoes
Baked beans
I do have loads of other bits and bobs but I seem to have these items either close to expiry date or an abundance of.
any ideas would be appreciated before I turn to the chicken burgers and chips in the freezer
You can make a fake tortilla with the eggs, potato (chopped finely, then lightly "fried" in olive oil that you later use for the eggs) and baked beans... Guess cheese could be added too, but never tried it that way.
Thanks everyone who replied to my snap and save question. Have submitted the receipt with the squash right next to it, it's good to hear others have had similar things happen.GC September 2012 - £49.04/£80 |GC October 2012 - £50.28/£80 |GC November £63.59/£60 (one adult only)0 -

As far as I'm aware Elsie1969 has found 3 triggers in the last week and shared them all so I don't think this is the case - simply she doesn't want the supermarkets to find out and take them off the shelves/add them to msm
Anyone who reads the thread regularly knows that Elsie 1969 does more than her fair share of contributing to the thread.
Thank you Elsie.0 -

I got an offer for the house yesterday so if all goes well in about 8 weeks my glitch shopping will hit a new level with a big brick shed in the new garden.:o
Not as much for mine as i wanted but thats the market as the new house was cheaper than i thought it would be but as the house was only up for sale for 4 weeks im happy.New house already has a wet room and bedroom down stairs and wheelchair access for ds3 so no more stairs:TWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -
