I'm off now to explain the 8 item rule. Bit like the off side rule but much more complicated.

It will be a miracle if it works:)

:rotfl::rotfl: love the way you've described it!
My friend popped over last night and she's the first person who's ever taken interest in APGs and TPPs without glazing over 2 minutes into the conversation, she wants to go As with me on my next glitch shop :T I'm so happy :D

Thanks, Sarah and PP. I asked them numerous questions about what help we can get, how quickly, and what to do in certain circumstances. He's been put on a list for counselling but I hear the wait is at least a month. I understand they're understand so we'll have to grin and bare it for now.

I just hope the OH and I are strong enough to survive this :(

Sending you massive hugs hun, I'm guessing you have a long road ahead :(
    Good morning :)

Miserable day and miserable mood. Went to make cup of tea and milk all lumpy from the fridge. Being first thing in the morning and brain not in gear I didn't understand at first. The light came on so thought all ok. Then it dawned on me.........the silence......Bl00dy fridge 1year and six weeks old has died on me  and yes you've guessed I never take out extended cover

Waiting for someone from Hotpoint to call back.

I'm sure the SOGA applies to that as it's in no way fit for purpose surely?
DH bought a £100 watch that stopped working after 9 months (was probably the battery) and we went into Argus ready to hit them with the SOGA as we were sure it should have lasted much longer. They swopped it for a replacement without an argument which suprised us.
Hope you get a successful outcome from Hotpoint.

Boxer decided that he needed a bigger gap in the door

Please note the wheelie bin is new, a replacement for the broken one in the yard but I'm loathed to put it out there until I get a new door for the kitchen. The bin men hate my old one and keep asking when I'll start using the new one:o:rotfl:

 OMG how big is that hole?! It looks like someone's run at the door and gone through it!
Did he eat it or just break it??
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

I didn't see that set of instructions I just went and registered after downloading app> I can see the offer on my offers but wonder whether it will be accepted? I don't see any separate voucher or anything:(

    Hi

You do not need a separate voucher for claiming the maltesers.

Is the app showing £3 for the maltesers?

Pooh third cold damp day - at least no fog today and slightly warmer - forgotten what sun looks like.

SD - eek poor you, can you show your pictures to the kennels you are waiting for ..... what a catch 22 you are in. Prostrate yourself, you don't think you can last that long but you don't want to send him where he may be put down you are at end of tether etc. I think the picture graphically shows damage to the door in a way words can't! Sending hugs :A. Agree tho hole is in the shape of Bart Simpson's Head :rotfl:.

Angelsmadv - hang on in there all of you. At least you have someone to ask, check with and review with now! Just keep calm and try not to let him provoke you - he is going to try :(.
By the way - did they say what the preferred method was to get a strapping lad out of a car? I wonder about this - all I can think off - perhaps park outside reception and ask school staff to get someone to extracate him .... Anyhow think if they can't help that djrich1975 would be helpful - lots of experience in his role.

3 dogs - no words really - just hugs and thoughts :A

    Tinyshoes - hope your Ok

Fairclaire - bon voyage!! Hope all goes well :)

Eggs worked at 9.10 last night (receipt printed at 12.15 this am - so ok then). HW trigger - no ES eggs at all - might explain why we don't see it on MSM asda.

Have agood day peeps and hugs to any one needing them who I've missed out.

Oh it gets worse.........purchased from Comet :( But thanks for comments and any other advice from peeps truly appreciated

:( - hoping you paid with credit card then. Either way you should find some help via Trading Standards website (sale of goods act) or Citizens' Advice (options - including small claims court - hopefully won't come to that). Good luck :)

Edit - might be worth telling hotpoint - you will be posting on fb, and moneysaving/product purchasing forums, twitter, about lack of service and fallibility of their products if they fail to address - up to them ....

Yes! It is showing the malteasers under my offers but no coloured pins are showing on my map! Do I just go into a coop food store and show them the my offers page and hope they know what to do? I'm a total newbie where all this is concerned so please bear with!!! :D

Help!! I need some guidance here! I am desperate to do the shop scan save malteasers offer before it expires and have downloaded the app on my phone. I thought it was all going well and entered the COOP code which seemed to get accepted and I had a text with a verification code which I entered. Then I got a box up saying that it couldn't find my location. I clicked to search for local stores and got the map up but there were no pins to show where any stores were!!! So then I tried going back to the previous screen and it took me back to registering again, so I did this and then couldnt get in without entering a new verification code, which was again texted to me!! Totally confused.com!!! I think I've now registered twice but still can't find any pins on my map and I'm not sure why?!! Help, anybody?!! :(

You need to contact them on 01932 268659.
