I have 2 of these now, still have the receipts after APG'ing..... My plan is to take back HW and exchange for alternative, at least one anyway as I could do with a girlie one. There was no way I was even gonna try today though, went to CS to ask a simple question and she had a right troutish attidude. No smiles or nothing..... yet I find most of the staff in there lovely. I'll try another day
