My local blockbusters closed down a couple of months ago as well. I got loads of ex rentals for £2.00 each and some new ones for £3 each. The games had all been knocked down to silly prices as well. Afternoon
Hope someone can help pls
I am on Viking site - couple of questions
Is VAT added onto every order? I have spent £30 on loo rolls to get the 5000 Nectar points worth £25 but the total 'spend' will be £5 + VAT = £11.........am I doing it right???
Also, how can I get the free £25 Thortons as well.
Thanks in advance
I haven't paid much attention to the VAT rate but I think it's 20% so that means £2 from every £10 which would make it correct. I'm not sure what products are classed as zero rated though. Somebody else mentioned that you had to buy 3 ink cartridges for the choccies. Many a mickle makes a muckle.0 -

VAT is 20%, non VAT stuff includes teabags, coffee, sugar, etc but NOT soft drinks/sweets etc
When I looked at it you had to buy 3 x boxes of envelopes for the thorntons, if it's on ink cartridges as well I may have to have another look tonight
EDIT - just tried looking at the ink cartidges and if you buy 3 of the same hp cartridges you get the thorntonsThere comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -
