    Hi guys,

Back from Drs, lovely GP today. Told me i should have rung for a home visit. Got some more meds to try though and she put some on repeat for me :j Fingers crossed they work :)

The part of my Viking order I was expecting today has been delivered. Excellent timing as ink completely ran out this week. Nectar points showing on receipt but not yet in Nectar account. Will be more patient :p
Hoping gift card will arrive soon, though * on invoice states out of stock. This might just be because they come direct from supplier though? Shall wait and see.

Imutual account has MoneyVista award date of 30th April? Anyone else?

No sign of TCB tracking for Caesars yet either but guess they might have been a little swamped :rotfl:

Ooh and the sun has come out :D :T

Hi Logie glad everything went well at the doctors. Take care caz.

    Afternoon all,

Just going through my wombles and my own shopping. Although my shopping was £20 cheaper than anywhere else, thankfully, I noticed an interesting find:

    1 x T. LARGE VACUUM PACK PORK SHOULDER JNT (1.851 kg) 6.25 N/A N/A 4.63

Now this was a mahhhhhosive joint that I got reduced to £6.25. It was a pork shoulder joint and it had 1/3rd off then was reduced by at least half.

It's compared to Moribobs at £4.63! Maybe a good one to refill our freezers with pork. :A
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Glads the dr's went well Logie. Tazoo, what a gorgeous cake! I struggle to make cup cakes myself, so I'm very impressed!

Well she obviously knows a lot more than me:o

But thats what every vet has said about ours as a guide to weight because when she went through op after op obviously no/or very little exercise and had to keep the weight down to help her leg out.

Dexter is underweight down to charts but he flys around like a nutter and looks fine to us.
All dogs are different ;) if you are feeding them plenty which you know you are and they are healthy no worries

I asked the vet today about the boxer's weight, he said not to worry too much but to keep an eye on him just incase he starts to lose any. He got wormed early just incase that was his problem.

My big coward of a lurcher wouldn't let the vet (female) near her, she hid behind my legs, tail between her legs, started shaking so much and whining:(. We had to get the other vet (male) to see if it was just that vet but it wasn't:(. They had to take her out back so she could get it without me there. She was fine with them so it must be me:o
I asked them to look at a wee spot on her ear and it turns out it's a benign tumour of some sort, they've gave me cream to put on that I have to wear gloves when putting it on:eek: I've to take her back if it gets bigger or starts to irritate her but to stop using the cream if it goes away or in 4 weeks time.

I decided to take her to petsathome to get her treats and a new Kong treat dispenser and get them some of the choc bones they love, I'm glad they've made the pick and mix treat bins a bit heavier or she would have got into them and ate all round her :rotfl:

Boxer is totally confused with the Kong and why he can smell the treats inside but not get at them, he keeps licking it to try and get them :rotfl: the lurcher has tried to show him but he won't let her near it!

    Hi everyone :)

I've not been around since Friday - it was DS2's 1st birthday yesterday so spent all of Saturday getting ready for his little party on Sunday. We had a little teddy bears' picnic with some family and a couple of friends. Thought I'd share a picture of the cake I made with a friend - let me know if it's too big!

I picked up my first womble yesterday (well I say picked up it was in the trolley) and got a TPP for £1.09 :j

I'm never going to be able to catch up on everything I've missed so am going to start again from here.

    Looks fantastic

Afternoon all, lutzi1 back from holiday and reporting for duty. :j

We had a lovely time in Spain, (8 nights plus one at the airport, flights for 2 and a hire car for under £300, very MSE) though it's confirmed for us we prefer the Algarve, but now it's "Back to life, back to reality" and DH flew off on business again yesterday.

I haven't a hope in whatsit of catching up, so I'll just send hugs to all who need one and start again from here. Hope you've all been behaving while I've been away :p:)

PS I finally had an email saying my blinkbox cc points would be added to my account while we were away, so don't give up hope yet if you haven't. So pleased!
    Hope is not a strategy.
  • With regards to the already issued A2 Voucher...someone asked on FB and got this response. So I guess it's good to go for those that have it.

a2 Milk UK Hi Christine, don't worry that's fine, the voucher is valid and will work but we're hearing from a few people that it's not being accepted when they try to use it in-store. We're making a few changes & will release a new one tomorrow. Glad you were able to make use of yours.
