What have you done to your foot?
I slipped just before christmas at Zumba, and it has been hurting ever since, on the top of my foot is really painful, but last 3/4 days, got numbness in my toes and shooting pains up my legs, so thought I best get it checked out. Docs just think the pain is soft tissue damage and the numbness is due to problems with my back, I had to have a MRI scan last year which shows, my vertebra are squashed together, so get trapped nerves.0 -
