Probably not very useful info but I was just in my T at the self sevice when I heard one of the SAs comment to another that "a lady came through with a grey cardigan that should have been in the sale at £4 but went through at 4p so I had to mark it back up again"

I went and had a look but couldn't see anything marked at £4 as almost all the cardigans were £7. Wonder if she meant £7?

It's the part where they have sad I only bought 4 :huh: I might have done, but I still bought 3 !! lol

I honestly think the people replying to these emails have no idea why they are being rejected. This is the second non-sensical reply Ive had. Again when I bought 2 of something and only wanted to claim for one. I'll get my £1.50
