Been to the docs this morning, fell over on my foot a few weeks before christmas at Zumba. Well its still hurting, hurts really bad when I take my shoes off and walk round, ok with them on, it doesnt hurt at all when I press it or touch it, its at the top of my foot where the pain is. Well the last 3/4 days I have been getting numb toes so thought I had best check it out. Doc felt all around foot and made me walk on it and wiggle it around to see where and if it hurts, and all he has said I should do is lay off Zumba for a few weeks and rest it. And the numbness could be coming from a problem in my back, which I have got, had to have a mri on my back and got problem with my spine. I just hope it is soft tissue damage and resting it will be ok. Shame as I enjoy zumba and dont want to give it up.

Am I right in believing shoptize is just a phone app and NOT on line submissions via pc???? If so i'll have to get my sis to load the app and use the receipt, as I don't have a smartphone.
