I had a PP stuck from 13th February, I contacted CS and they forwarded it for investigation, after about 10 days and a 2nd phone call from me I finally got a call from a gentleman. The PP team tried claiming that I hadn't got enough items on the receipt due to multibuys not being counted!

One of the multibuys was for rolls and the other was the Ken Hom meal deal both of which had compared before on previous receipts for PP purpose.

I told the guy that they were talking rubbish because previous PP had compared these items, he said that I had waited long enough for an answer and that rather than go back to the PP team he would send me a gift card for the Maximum of £10, result, so it may be worth pursuing any that you can x

Evening all

Have spent afternoon/evening with DH sorting out [STRIKE]stash room[/STRIKE] nursery so we could move the baby in there. Will be much better for when I have the chance to rest in the day so I don't get disturbed for his naps but i'm a bit that it means he's not a little baby any more
Makes you realise quite how much you've accumulated when you have to shift it all though :eek: Present stash looking extremely healthy
Thankfully the cot bed still has mattress on middle height setting so we've been able to store back underneath Goodness knows where it'll all go when we have to drop it down to the bottom :rotfl: He better not learn to stand by himself anytime soon

On a brighter note has it been reported that in Mr A
they are selling off Lemon Fairy liquid 870ml for 45p but it goes though the till at 2p, yes 2p.
They tried to remove it from me but I sqawked so loudly they let me keep it..........Two minutes later I was at the quick till with the remaining six.
I did tell some people but they looked at me weird except one lady that went thru the till behind me, she took ONE !!!!

Had a nice quiet day. Managed to sign up for the IMutual £30.00 and it is showing as pending. Also did the viking 5000 nectar points thing. And got my P&P Serums fro Boots.
I have been worrying about money today but thanks to MSE there always seems to be a solution.
