    Morning all.

Just thought I'd let you know that I have done you a massive favour this morning, I did a Sada multibuy shop at 08:30.:)

This will pretty much guarantee that today is a non glitchy day, so we can all have a day off and get on with other important things like housework, playing with the kids, normal shopping, etc, etc.

Had a quick skim read of yesterday's posts and I see that big Dave is posting again. That gagging order didn't last very long!:rotfl:

Thanks for having another go sfsb :)

Blooomin quidco- they state that online shopping is ok, once they have tracked it, or instore purchases are fine. They have declined my click and collect receipt, saying that they don't allow online receipts.
Contrast that with tcb who only take instore receipts, but accepted my click and collect receipt.

I've emailed quidco to say that click and collect is a mixture of both and so they should accept it, but I bet it'll stay declined

    And breathe....
    Morning everyone :)

marbett when you entered the clickncollect receipt did you enter it as an online order or instore?
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back

I realise this is a very tricky question early(ish) on a Saturday morning, but who do you believe most? The Sun newspaper or T's FB page? :rotfl::rotfl:

m4rtin reported this earlier but T FB denied it

"Hmmm @rse and elbow come to mind...

    Tesco Hello Mal,

I am sorry if you have been told this, there are no plans to roll out Price Promise till coupons for the rest of the UK. This is currently a trial in Northern Ireland.

    Many Thanks

But today's Sun says from 11 March - not good news from a wombling perspective if true .....

Always possible they wanted to save for a big announcement and someone had leaked it. It is currently a trial and it now appears that they may be rolling it out.

re the cost of petrol/diesel posts yesterday. Since we started glitching we put maybe an extra £15 a week of diesel in the car because of the extra trips to different stores.
if i'm out it saves me from having the heating on until the kids are home from school. because of you guys the amount i save on my shopping is amazing:) so we really are still much better off so extra cost of fuel is ok

at the minute we're doing a 60 mile return hospital trip 3 times a week to visit OHs dad, he was diagnosed with cancer on new years eve and not doing so good so we've cut down on shopping trips to cover and i've just been thinking we would have been really struggling to do that before so i'm really truly grateful to everyone for sharing all their finds on here. i don't mean to sound dramatic but it's been life-changing for my family and i wish i could thank you all personally x

my post turned into something completely different than i meant and i would usually delete it all before posting but this time i'm going to post as i really want to let you know how much i appreciate you all x

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Ever since DTD in early 2011 I have saved loads on food and household goods. I am on my own ( except when dd comes home for as while) and I can honestly say that I am able to meet my financial commitments each month because basically food etc is basically free. I am even saving up my money on TCB and quidco for the Snap and Save towards expenses for DS's wedding later this year.
Long may it continue. Have a nice weekend all. Quiet one for me as did a little catering job for sis Thursday and Friday catering for Liza Minelli at RFH London. Managed to see her rehearsing and she has a fab voice but looks old. Did not get home till 1.30 a.m. from a 7.30 start. Exhausted so laptop and settee day today.
No need to cook either as brought back some food. So Chicken Supreme with a Balsamic and Sour Cherry Sauce, New Potatoes and green veg for main and French Apple Tart for Pud. Also DD will have Pumpkin Ravioli with Pine Nut and Butter Sauce ( She is veggie). As always on these things they say more people will come for dinner and they never do. Yum

Good morning everyone. A bit late to the pass today, no chance of catching up.

A bit OT I know (if that is possible) but I am looking for something to keep my parmesan in in the fridge, what I want is a shaker that also seals but will not end up with condensation in it. Any ideas? Pretty please!

Why don't you just leave it in the freezer? Grate it when required. It is really easy to grate as well. Learnt this tip during R&R when the parmesan was always wrongly priced. hth
