Check out distance selling regulations, I think the sender has to prove you received the item before they can charge you for it i.e. they have to prove the item was placed in your hands If I'm wrong I stand corrected Drink and deny

you are font of knowledge Artha :A In this case I would keep it unless it was collected. Distance selling regs have been tightened up since 2009.

I am interested in wine good thing is Im 100% sure Virgin don't have any payment details for me
