    Check out distance selling regulations, I think the sender has to prove you received the item before they can charge you for it i.e. they have to prove the item was placed in your hands ;) If I'm wrong I stand corrected :o Drink and deny ;)

    you are font of knowledge Artha :A In this case I would keep it unless it was collected. Distance selling regs have been tightened up since 2009.

    I am interested in wine :D good thing is Im 100% sure Virgin don't have any payment details for me
